Members have access from 6 AM to 10 PM every day of the year.

Membership includes use of the gym, heated pool, spa, and sauna.

Our gym membership programs are designed by Exercise Physiologists, who can help you recover from existing injuries and help prevent new injuries occurring.  They’re qualified to help people at all levels of fitness, from elite athletes to people with chronic diseases such as obesity.

Group Classes

We offer a range of classes including Pilates, Tai Chi, Heartmovers and Line Dancing.  All our classes cost only $8 per class and are open to non-gym members on a casual basis.  Call us on 6221 1675 to find out more or look at the classes tab on this website.

I like to exercise regularly and having a long term injury has meant I have tried a lot of therapies and had 20 years of constant specialist appointments to manage my condition. When I came to Healthy Training I was living with chronic pain that was starting the limit me in the exercise I was able to do. I wanted to increase my fitness and needed to be shown how to do it safely and in a way that wouldn’t cause further injury. Since starting with Emily I have more than halved my therapy appointments and am no longer dealing with day-to-day chronic pain.


Emily displays a genuine interest in my rehabilitation and has taken the time to get to know me and understand the nature of complex issues leading to my weight gain. I do not feel judged or self-conscious. Emily and her colleagues provide a supportive environment and Emily has developed varied strategies to assist my overall health and well-being for the long term. Joe
